Can I remove the rear hardtop

I have an Opel Frontera Sport 2.0 i, and I wanna know if is posible to remove the rear part of my car, the hardtop?

The rear windows are easily to remove, but the rest how?

And if is posible how, and if can anyone to show me some pictures how to do it.
